Construction
Five or six owners are considering house construction, so attached is an outline of the process for anyone preparing to construct.

Owner Feedback
Vera and Dave (Lot 40) walked a trail for the first time in Autumn 2009 and indicated more owners should know how wonderful these trails are.
Dean and Michelle, Lot 28 had an opportunity to venture onto one of the trails in the fall of 2008 for the first time and commented how enjoyable their walk was on the wetland trail.
